Air trap S

The air trap fits onto the lid of the fermentation tank and acts as a one-way valve. By adding a small amount of an odorless, high-alcohol beverage or disinfectant, the air trap keeps the tank airtight, keeping the wort safe from contact with air, while allowing gases produced by fermentation to escape from the tank.
