Flow Control Ball Lock Connector

This brand new ball lock connection sets a new bar! The integrated dual design means you can connect your beer line directly, easily and reliably – no additional fittings or clamps required. It is a robust and extremely compact compared to the previous stainless steel flow control ball lock connection. The flow-controlled ball lock connection is made of highly chemical-resistant materials with stainless steel springs and bearings – no cheap ABS plastics here – it is extremely resistant to commonly used chemicals such as phosphate-based disinfectants and caustics. On the other hand, flow control ball lock fittings have the ability to restrict the flow before the beer enters the beer line, so that the head pressure created by the beer line keeps the carbonation in solution. Even in the case of high turbulence being created, the beer will be much more resistant to foaming issues. For this reason, flow control ball lock fittings like these perform significantly better, allowing you the flexibility to adjust the resistance of the line easily, but without introducing turbulence that creates foaming. It cannot fix overly carbonated beer, but it can reduce the amount of beer line you will need to pour without excessive foaming.
