Heat Turbo Yeast is a yeast and nutrient blend designed for fermentation at ambient temperatures above 33°C while still producing good quality distillate. Heat Turbo Yeast is also the only yeast we recommend for “stacking” – up to 200L of wash can be fermented using 8 sachets. Fermentation time: • At 25°C: 3-4 days• At 35°C: 2-3 days Performance (approx.): With 6 kg of dextrose 3.5 L @ 93% abv Mixing Instructions1. Clean and sanitize all equipment before use.2. Prepare water making sure to end up with 21 L at the correct starting water temperature (listed on the back of the sachet).3.
