Protafloc Granules 25g

Protafloc is an extractant based on carrageenan (the active ingredient in Irish Moss). Protafloc is used in the same way as Irish Moss, but is more effective and more concentrated and therefore requires a lower dosage. Add 1.5 grams per 100 liters of wort, 15-20 minutes before the end of the wort boil. This corresponds to 1 ml for 40 liters of wort.
