Instructions for 25 liters: 1. Dissolve 6-8 kg of sugar in 8 liters of hot water. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved before continuing. 2. Fill up to 25 liters with cold water. 3. Make sure the liquid temperature is below 39 °C and then add the Turbo yeast. Mix until no yeast particles are visible. 4. Let it ferment at a temperature of 20-30 °C for 2-7 days. For a clean fermentation the temperature should be up to 30 °C. Turbo Pure 48 is only for the preparation of pure alcohol (vodka) and alcohol base. It does not extract flavor from the fruit.
