Wheat 4EBC (Thrace) 500 g

Greek-produced wheat malt, from the Vergina brewery. Wheat is used as a base malt for “weiss”-type beers, but also as a secondary ingredient in many types of beer. It has a light, golden color, and adds proteins to the beer, giving the beer a cloudy appearance, richer body and denser head.
