A highly aromatic strain suitable for white and rosé wines, this mid-fermenting yeast imparts aromatic esters to the wine that enhance the expression and aroma of the varietal. This positive aromatic effect can be used to complement the natural aromatic properties of the grape or to enhance where the grape itself is lacking. Suitable for Riesling, Gewurztraminer and others. Alcohol tolerance: 14% ABV Directions for Use: No rehydration required – add directly to grape must and mix well. For best results, ferment at 16 – 24°C (61 – 75°F). Storage recommendations: Store in a cool, dry place.
