This medium-fermenting strain produces soft, velvety smooth wines, with aromatic enhancement of red fruit notes. Suitable for Pinot Noir, Gamay and others. Alcohol tolerance: 14% ABV Directions for Use: No rehydration required – add directly to grape must and mix well. For best results, ferment at 16 – 24°C (61 – 75°F). Storage recommendations: Store in a cool, dry place.
