A white wine strain for making dry and sweet wines, as well as rosé wines. This mid-fermenting yeast is also ideal for making country-style wines with fruit and floral notes, as these flavors and aromas are naturally enhanced. This strain promotes body and offers rich and full-bodied fruit and floral aromas. Suitable for Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Muscat, Muscadet, Dessert wines and others. Alcohol tolerance: 14% ABV Directions for Use: No rehydration required – add directly to grape must and mix well. For best results, ferment at 16 – 24°C (61 – 75°F). Storage recommendations: Store in a cool, dry place.
