Store Pickup
You can pick up your order directly from our store by selecting “Pick up from Store” during checkout.
To ensure the best service, please place your order before coming to the store.

Orders placed by 2:30 PM will be ready the next business day.

You will receive an notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Within Cyprus
Products marked as Available are in stock and are shipped within 1–3 business days, provided the order is placed by 6:00 PM.
Shipping is carried out via courier or transport company (for large packages).
If a product is not immediately available:

We will contact you by email or phone regarding the status of your order.

Items not in stock are shipped as soon as they become available.

Pre-orders are possible after contacting us by phone.
Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available with an additional charge of €6.

If the courier does not support cash on delivery, another payment method must be selected.
Delivery Time

Delivery at a specific time of day cannot be guaranteed.

Any delivery time requests are not binding, although we try our best to accommodate them.

In difficult-to-reach areas, the customer may be asked to collect the package from the courier’s local office.
Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated during checkout before payment.

It depends on the total weight and volume of the order.
Packaging & Responsibility
We take great care in packaging our products. However, we cannot predict delays or conditions caused by the courier or unforeseen events (e.g. extreme weather).

The responsibility for any damage during transport lies with the customer.

If the package appears damaged, do not sign for receipt and request compensation from the carrier.
If you wish to use your own transport company, please contact us so we can arrange special handling.
Shipments to Europe

Cash on delivery is not supported for European shipments.

Alcoholic beverages cannot be shipped due to official regulations.

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and depends on weight and volume.

After completing the bank transfer, for faster processing, please send the payment receipt to: admin@alchemybar.com
Any interbank transfer fees must be paid by the customer. The order will only be processed once full payment has been received.
